Emilia Isherwood (MNAEA)
After completing my postgraduate degree in Sustainable Cities, with a strong focus on the built environment and sustainable housing development, I began my career in property as a sales negotiator for luxury homes at a residential estate agency in Cheshire. This role gave me valuable insight into the housing market and property sales from the ground up.
My goal was always to transition into off-plan investment sales, and I achieved this by establishing a Manchester branch for a London-based firm. There, I built a successful team handling sales and lettings for off-plan properties across the UK.
After gaining five years of experience in investment sales, I launched EK Invest in April 2024. Leveraging my network, I now provide off-market investment opportunities tailored to my clients' needs.
